Familiarize yourself with the script editor features below. These will appear across the stop of the script editor window.
Use the Editor View icon to select how you would like to view the production. Charts will allow you to edit charts, Script will allow you to import and notate a script or Score will allow you to edit the Staging Score. The Charts and Script/Charts and Score options are only for viewing. If you want to edit a Chart/Script/Score, it will need to be done in their corresponding editor.
Use this feature to import a pdf of the script for your production. You will have the option to: Import a New Script (which will replace any current script), Replace Current Page, Insert Script Page(s), and Delete the current page.
Insert a light cue with this function. Light cues will by default have "LQ:" in the text box. That text can be edited once selected. Cues are added to the right or left side of the page with a line to the place you select in the script.
Select this arrow to return to the previous page. The mirror reflection of this icon will take you to the next page. On a computer you can navigate between pages using the right and left arrows of your keyboard.
Select Save to make sure all changes and new notes have been saved on your script page. Pages are saved by default on the cloud once you navigate to the next page. This button allows you to save a page while remaining on the same page.
